S3105 Diverting plug (patented)
Diverting plugs can easily be fixed inside cooling channels by use of the proper tool.
The rapid fitting technology guarantees mechanical and hydraulic sealing with oversized holes of up to +0,4 mm.
Unscrewing and extraction procedures are also very easy to perform.
Maximum working pressure changes according to the diameter of the plug, we advise applying the proper torque forces specified in the technical specifications.
In order to increase the maximum working pressure with a plug diameter over 16 mm it is necessary to machine a groove inside the channel where the elastic metal ring of the plug fits.
A special tool able to perform such machining is available.
